If you’re feeling fancy, this is perfect aperitif wine, but it also goes amazing with food.
It’s a blend of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir. The Pinot comes from a Grand Cru vineyard just south of Epernay, and it’s amazing what just 5% in the wine adds to the blend.
It’s made from 100% organic grapes from one vintage - 2017.
It ages in tanks and barrels until the July following harvest. And after it bottles, it ages on its lees for 30 months.
Finally it’s bottled unfiltered and unfined, so you keep as much texture and mouthfeel as possible, with the tiniest most elegant bubbles.
This is rare, real, and artisanal winemaking in a region that’s obsessed with image and marketing.
Not only is this wine organic, but the whole package is completely sustainable. The bottle is made from recycled glass, the label is cotton instead of paper, and the foil is made from recycled tin and aluminum.

- It’s fast - you’ll get next-day delivery if you order before 12pm Monday-Thursday
- It’s environmentally-friendly - all our orders are shipped carbon neutral with UPS.
**Due to temporary staffing constraints in our supply chain, orders placed between 12pm Tuesday and 12pm Thursday will be delivered on Friday.
We ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. €2 per case is added to all Northern Ireland orders to cover additional shipping costs. The point of sale occurs in the Republic of Ireland.
Our minimum order requirement is 6 bottles and we ship in multiples of 6’s. This can be 6 different bottles!
A large order surcharge of €10 per case is added to orders of 3 cases and over.
