For all the hype about Malbec, Mauricio truly believes the best vineyards in Argentina are Cabernet Sauvignon.
Savvy Argentine wine drinkers are onto it, and Cabernet is an emerging domestic best-seller for Mauricio.
So now’s a great time to taste this and see what the fuss is all about.
The wine is a blend of two special vineyards in Los Arboles and Los Altepes. Mauricio cuts the yield in the vineyard to improve concentration, and picks 1 month after his Malbecs to maximise ripe flavours. He still picks slightly early - to get that balance and freshness that makes this so drinkable.
The wine is deep, smooth and spicy, and incredibly drinkable.
Mauricio tells me he doesn’t know why Cabernet isn’t more famous in Argentina - with wines like those it won’t be long before they are.

We ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. €2 per case is added to all Northern Ireland orders to cover additional shipping costs. The point of sale occurs in the Republic of Ireland.
Our minimum order requirement is 6 bottles and we ship in multiples of 6’s. This can be 6 different bottles!
