You might remember Virgile Joly’s Rouge as one of my biggest discoveries of last year.
Well it turns out that he makes a mean rosé too!
Virgile is one of the Languedoc’s most talented and respected winemakers, based in Terrasses du Larzac - a region that I believe has France’s greatest untapped fine wine potential.
We’re talking old vines, complex soils and a rich winemaking history going back to the 1950s - where the village of Saint-Saturnin was regarded right up there with France’s best.
This rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault, and will transport you to the south of France in one refreshing sip.
It will drink beautifully on its own, but it has the weight and finesse to be a delightful accompaniment to anything pulled from the grill.

We ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. €2 per case is added to all Northern Ireland orders to cover additional shipping costs. The point of sale occurs in the Republic of Ireland.
Our minimum order requirement is 6 bottles and we ship in multiples of 6’s. This can be 6 different bottles!
