Tim started making this wine because a) he likes drinking it and b) he thought other people would like drinking it too.
It’s from a single vineyard in the Eden Valley, which is a region just 10 minutes from the Barossa.
The vineyard is 99 years old - and with older vines you tend to get more complexity and concentration in the grapes.
Tim calls this ‘pretty unspectacular winemaking’ - the fruit is such good quality, it makes his job easy.
You land up with a dry, refreshing and punchy Riesling that belies its 11.5% ABV - it’s all citrus, florals and apples, with delicious drinkability and length.
Tim likes to drink this on a Friday with mates after work - he advises to drink Riesling nice and cold to keep its refreshing flavours.

We ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. €2 per case is added to all Northern Ireland orders to cover additional shipping costs. The point of sale occurs in the Republic of Ireland.
Our minimum order requirement is 6 bottles and we ship in multiples of 6’s. This can be 6 different bottles!
